Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train, and a permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods and working in a team to provide exceptional customer service.
