As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and measuring our social media content. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that resonates with our customers and promotes our brand stories.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our brand goals
* Create high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, and videos, to engage our audience
* Manage our social media content calendar and plan process, including researching upcoming news, events, and holidays
* Respond to and engage with our community across social media platforms
* Analyze data to inform our social media strategy and optimize our content

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a social media role, creating content for a brand
* Experience creating short-form video content, such as Instagram Reels
* University degree or college diploma in English, Marketing, or Communications, or similar fields
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar
* Passion for social media, trends, and content creation
* Self-motivated, fast learner who enjoys being a self-starter and collaborating in a team environment
* Experience using Sprout or social media scheduling and reporting software
* Experience working with influencers is an asset
