About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Welders to join our expanding team in Guelph. As a Welder, you will be responsible for managing large custom projects with minimal supervision, interpreting engineered drawings to fabricate a variety of custom structures, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large custom projects with minimal supervision
  • Interpret engineered drawings to fabricate a variety of custom structures
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and fit to tight tolerances
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CWB Certification and/or Trade Certification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fitting
  • Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the welding industry
  • Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
