Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Indigenous History or Canadian History.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Indigenous History or Canadian History.
- Develop and maintain a strong research program that aligns with the Department's research priorities.
- Engage in service activities within the Department, Faculty, and University.
- PhD in History or a related field, or near completion.
- Strong commitment to scholarship and its dissemination.
- Experience in teaching at the post-secondary level.
- Ability to foster research, teaching, and knowledge dissemination among the Department and external partners.
- Specialization in Public History.
- Research interests in Indigenization and decolonization in museums, archives, and heritage organizations.
- Expertise in the public dissemination and preservation of history through museums, exhibits, the internet, and other relevant sites.
