Job Title: Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to join Ontario Inc. as a key member of our sales team.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Benefits
