About the Opportunity

Nedco is seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead our Cobourg location and drive sales growth in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales volume and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and adhere to customer service standards.
  • Manage branch operations, including workflow, inventory control, and security.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to meet business objectives.
  • Requirements
    • College education plus 3-5 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry.
    • At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • AS400 experience is an asset.
