Job Summary:

The Account Executive - Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients in a designated region. This role involves:

  • Creating new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and coordinating sales presentations.
  • Establishing a strong connection between our products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
  • Achieving and surpassing predefined sales objectives and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of frontline sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness, with a willingness to engage in continuous learning about our products and customers.
  • Exceptional communication and sales proficiency, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficient active listening skills, with the ability to respond to customers in a manner that enhances mutual understanding.
  • Organizational and time management aptitude, with the ability to prioritize and focus on multiple sales activities.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to manage the sales process and overcome obstacles with a solutions-focused approach.
