Job Summary
The Identity Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and driving the use of our Identity Management tool and accompanying processes to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient handling of employees' digital identities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and application leaders to identify and prioritize next applications to integrate into Sailpoint IIQ.
- Manage continuous improvement of Sailpoint IIQ infrastructure and Identity Management processes.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance in the implementation of Sailpoint IIQ.
- Manage scheduled application access review Certification campaigns.
- Work independently on projects and problems of complex scope, coordinating activities as needed.
- Accountable for the ongoing operation and maintenance of applications for assigned IT functional areas.
- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs, including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program.
Requirements
Education
University or college graduate in computer science or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
CISSP or a related IT Security or Privacy designation is an asset. Strong knowledge and experience of an identity and access management tool, Sailpoint IIQ is preferred. Java/J2EE programming skills are a definite asset.
Experience
10 plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Process Industry, Consumer Packaged Goods, Information Systems, Project Management and/or Management Consulting Environment.
