About the Role:

SE Health is seeking a casual Occupational Therapist to join our community-based rehabilitation team in Waterloo Region. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide person-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Provide goal-directed treatment programs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a positive work and attendance record.
