Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Research & Analytics team at TD Asset Management. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in building cutting-edge portfolio management and reporting tools using SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders to automate data flows and develop dashboards for periodic reporting.
  • Develop and maintain large datasets, creating dashboards and backend development using SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams in the front office to gain a deeper understanding of their data needs.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Math, Engineering, CS, or Economics with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Previous experience developing dashboards or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
