At ENGINEERINGUK, we're seeking a talented Recovery and Restructuring Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients navigate challenging financial situations and drive business growth through strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver corporate insolvency services, identifying strategic, operational, and financial challenges, and recommending stabilizing activities.
  • Assist with data analysis, review of accounting records, and development of financial models.
  • Participate in formal and informal restructurings, administering formal insolvency appointments, and developing relationships with special loan financiers and insolvency lawyers.
  • Prepare and review statutory documentation associated with BIA, CCAA, Wind-Up Acts, and Business Corporation Acts.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and prepare competitive proposals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is considered an asset.
  • Working towards, or willingness to work towards, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation.
  • 3 years of insolvency experience; professional services experience outside of insolvency will also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
