We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Duncan's Lounge Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, sweet goods, and cakes.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
- Draw up production schedules to meet demand and maintain quality.
- Train staff on new recipes and techniques to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
