Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Bakery Specialist to join our team at Duncan's Lounge Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment, preferably with a focus on producing high-quality bread and pastries.

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• Draw up production schedules.
• Train staff.
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• Operate machinery.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to distinguish between colours.
• Attention to detail.
