Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bulkley Valley District Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong passion for nursing and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Current Level C CPR certification
- One year of recent experience in an acute care setting, preferably with a significant labour and delivery component
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate preferred
