About the RoleThe Regional Vice President (RVP) leads and oversees District Offices and sales teams throughout British Columbia, ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage profitable growth of loans at acceptable risk
- Lead a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships
- Built a high-performance environment and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop your team
- Communicate vision, values, and business strategy effectively
- Proven strong leadership, guidance, and sales management skills
- A thorough understanding of Canada's financial services marketplace
- A strong network and track record in Financial Services in British Columbia
- Expert sales management skills to mentor and coach a team of professionals
You will have the privilege of leading a diverse team of professionals across British Columbia, partnering with the Regional Director, Risk Management to originate new relationships, and acting as the prime resource for regional investment staff in structuring complex leveraged finance transactions.
Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
Working Conditions:The incumbent works in a standard office environment and is required to travel frequently to conduct marketing activities, customer calls, and meetings with District Office staff approximately 20-40% of the time.
