About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Leader to join our Engineering team at Global Relay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management in a technical environment. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with business and engineering stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for infrastructure improvements, facilitating internal discovery and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas and solutions, and leading the end-to-end product development process from gathering technical requirements to driving execution within Agile teams.
About You:
- Strong Technical Background: In computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Product Management Experience: 5+ years in a technical environment
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated $110,000 - $140,000 CAD annual base salary, as well as additional benefits such as extended health benefits, paid sick days, maternity/parental enhancement program, corporate bonuses, and an RRSP contribution matching program. British Columbia residents will also enjoy a subsidized meal program courtesy of our talented in-house culinary team.
