Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Hawkesbury. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
