Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sexual Health Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of testing, treatment protocols, contact tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing and treatment protocols for patients with STIs
  • Develop and implement effective contact tracking and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with regional physicians, MHO's and other provincial health organizations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' recent related nursing experience
  • Nursing experience in STI or blood borne pathogens in clinical/community setting
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate (TDG)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
