Prairie Sky Crop Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Aerial Farm Specialist to join our team. This is a seasonal position, working 35 to 45 hours per week.

The successful candidate will operate fixed-wing aircrafts or helicopters for crop dusting and spraying. They will conduct pre-flight inspections of the aircraft and ensure that weight and balance specifications are met. The Aerial Farm Specialist will also report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel and coordinate flight activities with ground crews and air-traffic control.

We are looking for an individual with a Commercial Pilot Licence - fixed wing and Pesticide Applicator's Licence. Experience in this field of employment is also necessary. Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus opportunities are also available. Staff accommodation is provided for rural area work sites.
