Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
    • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
  • Clinical Excellence
    • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and external partners.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Optimize clinic operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient flow.
    • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
  • Clinical Expertise
    • Current registration as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
    • Advanced orthopedic courses or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience within a healthcare setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
