Physiotherapy Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Manager to join our team at Lifemark Health Group, a leading healthcare management organization in Canada. As a Clinic Director, you will play a key role in leading our team of clinicians and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.
- Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Financial Management: Responsible for financial performance metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices in physiotherapy and healthcare leadership.
- Education and Certification: Fully registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of clinical and leadership experience in physiotherapy.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
