Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
