Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Hire and supervise food service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate food preparation.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
