The Principal & Vice President, Academic - British Columbia will be responsible for implementing the University's mission in BC, focusing on faculty excellence, student experience, and program development. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building a high-performing team of academic leaders
  2. Ensuring successful regulatory reviews of academic programs
  3. Cultivating a cohesive campus culture with a focus on student service
  4. Overseeing academic program development and daily operations
  5. Engaging effectively with external stakeholders, including government agencies, professional accrediting bodies, employers, and the local community
  6. Providing senior management experience in academia, including program development and management
  7. Demonstrating strong collaborative skills and academic business acumen
  8. Showcasing extensive knowledge in teaching and learning strategies, course and program development, and student services
  9. Leading teams and managing performance
  10. Working in dynamic settings with multiple transformation initiatives

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the Canadian post-secondary education landscape.
