Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
