Job Title: HR Business Partner

As a key member of our team, you will provide professional HR services to defined business areas throughout the Group, acting as a pragmatic and solution-oriented business partner.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Business Partner, working closely with management colleagues and staff to provide expert advice and assistance on complex human resources matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain global benefits programs, recommending changes based on market trends and working with country HR representatives to ensure local benefits align with global principles and local markets.
  • Lead the group's annual salary review process, including collecting data for forecasting and budgeting, preparing and communicating processes to HR representatives, and consolidating proposals for approval.
  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for Canada, US, and Brazil.
  • Develop and review our benefits communications strategy, including new employee orientation materials, ongoing employee communications, and annual membership communications.
  • Support the implementation of the group's human resources strategy to enable all colleagues to maximize their contribution to the Scott Bader Commonwealth and its objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience with payroll software such as Immedis.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in managing complex emergency cases.
  • Data-driven individual with the ability to effectively review and interpret data, producing meaningful results.
  • Solid understanding of Canadian labour law.
  • Bilingual with the ability to converse in both English and French.
