  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient restocking.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales in-person customer service & telephone service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and office, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Report directly to the Store Manager and coordinate with other store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, such as assisting customers with their purchases and receiving goods.
  • High work efficiency, strong execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Sales and retail work experience an asset.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-$20, plus commission of $500/month minimum.
  • 40 hours/week, working 5 days a week with 2 days off.
