Key Responsibilities
  • Provide employee assistance and counselling services to support the well-being of our staff.
  • Collect and screen job applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to support the growth and development of our employees.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters. Our Recruitment Officer will work to recruit and support these individuals, providing them with the resources and mentorship they need to succeed in their new roles.
