Job Title: Carpentry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at WILMAC CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and apprentices
  • Inspect and approve carpentry work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement plans for carpentry projects, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
