Store Operations Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Manage the staffing and scheduling of store employees, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of the store, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that it is visually appealing and meets company standards.
- Supply Management: Manage the procurement and maintenance of store supplies, including testing and sampling.
- Performance Management: Participate in the management of employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Skills: Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback, strong store operations skills, effective time management and problem-solving skills.
