About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers. Your main objective will be to build relationships with customers and develop them for life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of retail operation concepts, including store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
  • Use good judgment in all situations and demonstrate a self-starter mentality
  • Contribute to the success of the store by being a team player and performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to company standards
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies
