**Become a Key Player in Our Facilities Team**
As a Regional Facilities Training Specialist with Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our facilities team members across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that new employees are confident in taking on their role within our Facilities Department.
**Your Key Contributions:**
- Coordinate and facilitate the completion of all eLearning, classroom-based, and on-the-job training programs.
- Develop and implement training strategies to ensure that new technicians comprehend and apply the knowledge and practical skills required for maintenance tasks.
- Provide regular and consistent feedback to trainees about their progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Supervisors to ensure the continuation of training on-site and the development of training materials and methods as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Take an active role in ongoing safety training and be willing to obtain certification or knowledge required to perform Respirator Fit Tests and Confined Space Training.
- Provide training support for the implementation of new projects and processes.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as trades, business, education, or leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or training-related role.
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities coordination role is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout MB, SK, and ON as required.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience using an ERP software.
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Articulate and confident in delivering training to large audiences both in person and virtually.
