About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at 2308213 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff and stakeholders
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to department heads and teams
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material resources
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Financial Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource management
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role
    • Proven track record of success in business operations, organizational development, and strategic planning
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
