Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges while providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on their roles and company policies.
  • Coordinate and arrange ongoing training programs for staff development.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Develop work schedules and establish operational procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the logistical operations of the warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes the supervision of a team of 3-4 individuals.
