Ideal Candidate Profile:

You are pursuing a career in Agriculture and possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Agriculture.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the provincial Professional Institute of Agrology.
  • 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in the field.
  • Experience in cooperative retail is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a driven team.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness are essential.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • P. Ag designation is mandatory.
  • A Certified Crop Advisor designation is required.
