Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while maintaining operational efficiency.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize workflow.
  • Authorize transactions and manage payment processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for new merchandise.
  • Oversee the return process for merchandise.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules.
  • Engage with customers to facilitate sales.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Oversee office and volunteer staff as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week, conducted in English.
