Retail Store Supervisor

Shree Veera Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Teach interest or professional development courses to enhance the skills of our sales team.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Establish work schedules and ensure seamless store operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Bondable and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing store conditions.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
