Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Security Specialist to join our team at Paladin Security. As an Event Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing security services at concerts, festivals, and sporting events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for event attendees.
  • Monitor and control crowds, ensuring the safety of all individuals present.
  • Respond to and manage incidents as they arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve situations effectively.
  • Collaborate with event staff and other security personnel to ensure a seamless and secure event experience.
  • Participate in pre-event planning and preparation to ensure a successful and secure event.
Requirements
  • Valid BC Security Guard License (OFA3 or Traffic control ticket may be required separately).
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clear criminal background and child abuse registry check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
