Event Security Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As an Event Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and guests at various events and venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and control access to event areas, ensuring that only authorized personnel and guests are allowed entry.
  • Conduct regular patrols of event areas to identify and respond to potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with event staff and security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid BC Security Guard License (OFA3 or Traffic control ticket might apply separately)
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Must have clear criminal background
  • Must have clear child abuse registry check
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
