Position Overview

Sunbelt Rentals, a leader in the rental industry across Canada, is looking for an Equipment Rental Specialist. This role is pivotal in our operations, focusing on providing exceptional service to both telephone and walk-in clients seeking various types of construction and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their equipment needs and facilitating rental agreements.
  • Engage in negotiations and manage order placements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong administrative capabilities to support daily operations effectively.

Qualifications for Success

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with a range of construction and industrial tools and equipment is essential.

Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience in the equipment rental sector is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of parts and equipment is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks is required.
