Position Overview

Sunbelt Rentals, a leader in the rental industry in Canada, is in search of an Equipment Rental Specialist. This role is primarily focused on inside sales, where you will assist both telephone and walk-in clients with their equipment rental needs across various construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their equipment requirements and facilitating order placements.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
  • Maintain strong administrative capabilities to support the sales process effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with a range of construction and industrial tools and equipment is essential.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in the equipment rental sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of parts and equipment is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills are required.

Physical Requirements:
