Sunbelt Rentals, a leader in the rental industry in Canada, is in search of an Equipment Rental Specialist. This role is pivotal in providing support to customers through both phone and in-person interactions regarding the rental of various construction and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their equipment requirements and facilitating rental agreements.
- Negotiate terms and process orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks related to rental transactions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is essential.
- Familiarity with a wide range of construction and industrial tools and equipment is preferred.
Essential Skills:
