Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer service orientation to enhance our customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Customer Engagement: Delivering exceptional service to our clients both over the phone and in person, while promoting our corporate products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and inquiries, and effectively solving problems related to shipments and technology.
- Collaboration: Working closely with various teams including management, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Fostering positive relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Technology Utilization: Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues, as well as managing freight processes.
- Financial Accountability: Conducting cash reconciliations and maintaining key control.

Qualifications
- 3-12 months of experience in customer service and retail environments.

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail.
- Experience in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment is preferred.
