Your Key Responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries and provide solutions to billing, payments, and service-related issues.

- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system.
- Provide exceptional communication skills and create a "WOW" factor in every interaction.

Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You should have at least 6 months of customer service experience and be comfortable working from home.
- You should have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
