Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and technical expertise.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education
