Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at L&H Tucker Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and utensils.
    • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
