Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, as well as travellers cheques and room billings.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
