About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at MBRP Ltd. as a Packer - Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment, as well as manually transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Safely transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Material Handling: Manually transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, ensuring accurate and efficient movement.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packing and Packaging: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products according to company standards.
  • Assistance: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure smooth production.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Wrapping and Assembly: Wrap goods, assemble and bag finished articles, and wrap or place merchandise in bags.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude.
