About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is presented to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
