Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1155185 BC Ltd. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and ServiceLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Inventory Management and ControlEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Communication and TeamworkPrepare and submit food order summaries for the chef, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary Knowledge and ExpertiseHave in-depth knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres, ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards.
Tray Assembly and DeliverySupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented to the highest standard.
Food Trolley DeliverySupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct locations.
Work Scheduling and PlanningEstablish work schedules, ensuring that our team is adequately staffed to meet the demands of our business.
Supervision and Team Management- Team Size
Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Physical DemandsCombine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with extended periods of standing.
